Artist's Description
Big Brown, or 778M, was the alpha male of the Blacktail Plateau pack and later with the Slip and Slide pack. He was last remaining direct descendant from the famous Druid Peak pack, which reached 37 members in its peak days. Big Brown was kill in the Montana wolf hunt in the Fall of 2016 and was 9.5 years old at the time of his death.
